At Just Cozy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your cozy essentials aren't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind while it travels back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
